Keyperson Insurance

  1. Would your business suffer financially if a Keyperson had to be replaced due to death, permanent disability or major illness?
  2. Would the Company require funds to source, relocate & train a replacement?

Keyperson Insurance cover provides a lump sum payment to the Company in the event the Principal, General Manager, or other high-ranking executive dies or be-comes terminally ill, with less than 12 months to live. It can also provide a lump sum payment if any Key People within the Company are totally & permanently disabled from carrying out their occupation or suffer a listed medical condition.

Partnership Insurance

  1. Would your business suffer financially or require funds to purchase shares if a partner dies or is totally & permanently disabled from carrying out their own occupation?
  2. On the death or total & permanent disability of your Business Partner, would your daily duties increase? Would you like to have sufficient funds to ensure your share of profits & ownership increased in line with these?

Partnership Insurance cover provides a lump sum payment to the policy owner to enable the purchase/sale of shares if the insured partner dies or becomes terminally ill, with less than 12 months to live. It can also provide a lump sum payment if the insured is totally & permanently disabled from performing their occupation.

Rod joined OIB in 2000 with 10 years' experience managing various businesses in the area. He is qualified to provide advice on Income Protection, Life, TPD & Trauma Insurance and specialises in Partnership and Keyman Insurance. Married with two young sons, Rod is a Life Member of the Port Pirates Rugby Club.
